NEAR WEST END MODERN CAPE
This lovely Cape Cod, located on a great street in the Near West End, needed some love. We helped our clients find and purchase the house, finalize plans, and make their dream a reality.
A two-story addition was added to the back of this house, which allowed for an open kitchen/living room and a second story master suite. Walls were removed to allow for greater flow between the rooms, and the house was designed with modern living in mind. A sleek white kitchen, exposed brick, modern light and plumbing fixtures, brass hardware, and custom cabinetry give this house a California-cool feel. A bluestone patio in the rear yard completes the picture, and our clients are loving it.
