We love a house with a good story, and this is a great one. The current owners contacted us as they were pondering attending an auction on this house in which the proceeds would benefit the Richmond SPCA (link here to read the RTD story). They loved the location and they knew the house had potential. They knew that Spruce could do amazing things to bring new life into the home.
